Welcome, Brave One.
If you’ve found your way here, something has probably shifted in your life. An ending. A loss. A change that left you feeling less steady than you expected.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need right now. You just need a place to begin.
Here are three ways in. Choose the one that feels right for where you are today.
I want support
You’re past the crisis, but you’re not steady yet. You’re functioning, but something still feels off. You might be ready to talk to someone who understands the quiet aftermath — without rushing you, fixing you, or telling you to think positive.

I want to work through this on my own
You’re not ready for a conversation, and that’s completely fine. Sometimes you just want a quiet guide you can work through at your own pace. That’s why I made something structured, gentle, and practical for you.

I want to read and feel less alone
You’re not looking for advice or a programme. You just want to feel understood. Letters for the Brave is where I write weekly about endings, courage, and the messy middle — without fixing, performing, or pretending it’s easy.

A little about me
I’m Fay. I’m a certified coach and counsellor, and I work with women in the reconstruction phase, in the quiet stretch of time after a crisis or loss, when everyone assumes you should be fine but you’re not quite there yet.
I don’t rush. I don’t fix. I walk alongside.
The crisis is over. That’s when my work begins.
