Bold Beginnings – Private Coaching for Meaningful Transitions

Most of my work lives in tools and writing; journals, audio guides, and letters that people use in their own time, at their own pace.

Alongside that, I work privately with a small number of people who are in a genuine transition and want thoughtful, grounded support while they move through it.

I work with up to five clients at a time, usually for around three months.
Some people need less. Some stay longer.

This page is here so you can sense whether this kind of support is right for you.

Private coaching with me is focused, relational, and intentional.

It’s for people who already sense that something is ending or shifting and want support to move forward without rushing, bypassing, or staying stuck in endless processing.

I don’t offer rolling programmes or open-ended containers.
This work has shape, direction, and momentum.

Most clients work with me over a period of around three – six months, meeting regularly and using tailored tools to support real-life movement, internally and practically.

No cost, no pressure. You’ll leave with one clear next step.

While every coaching relationship is individual, the work usually follows four clear phases:

Recognise
Naming what is truly ending, changing, or asking to be acknowledged.

Release
Creating space for integration — without forcing closure or minimising what mattered.

Redefine
Clarifying what comes next: values, boundaries, identity shifts, and priorities.

Step Forward
Turning insight into action, with steady movement and visible progress.

We move at a pace that fits your life, not a formula.

Six months of deeper integration—steady growth taking root

Most people engage for around three months, with the option to shorten or extend if the work asks for it.

Regular 1:1 sessions (online)

Tailored reflection tools and prompts

Between-session support where helpful

Clear focus on integration and next steps

This work is collaborative and grounded.
You won’t be “fixed,” pushed, or rushed, but you will be supported to move.

For deeper or more complex transitions, some clients work with me over a longer period.

This option is limited and offered selectively, depending on timing and fit.

Details are discussed during an initial conversation.

A single 90-minute deep dive for when you need:

Clarity around a decision or ending

Help to untangle a situation

A grounded plan for the next phase

You’ll leave with perspective, direction, and a clear sense of what to do next.Optional follow-up support can be discussed if needed.

  • already sense what needs to change
  • are willing to be honest with themselves
  • don’t need fixing, but value steady support
  • want movement, not endless analysis

If that description feels calm rather than urgent, you’re likely in the right place.

No cost, no pressure — you’ll leave with one clear next step.

Because I only work with a few clients at a time, I’m not always able to say yes.

If it feels like one of my self-guided tools would support you better right now, I’ll tell you, and point you there instead.

Private coaching is a small, intentional part of my work.

If you’d like to explore working together, you can request a conversation.

This is a short, no-pressure discussion to see whether private coaching (or one of my tools) is the right next step for you.

Coaching is offered in English, online. Sessions are confidential and counselling-informed.

This is a focused discussion to determine mutual fit – not a step into a long funnel.

Many people start by reading Letters for the Brave to get a sense of how I work and think.

If the words resonate, coaching may be a natural next step. If not, that’s useful information too.
