This is a short call to explore fit, not a pitch.

If you’re here for support you can start now.

I work with thoughtful people who are ready to move forward with intention who want real closure and a clear next chapter, not just reassurance.

If you feel like something is ending and you’re ready for support, we’ll explore whether coaching or one of my tools fits you best.

Hi, I’m Fay. I’m a certified coach/counsellor, author, and lifelong listener.
My own life was reshaped by profound endings – divorce, the loss of my former husband and father of our two sons, and the quiet changes in between. Those endings didn’t break me; they taught me how to close well, and how bold beginnings can emerge in their wake.

I help you honour what’s ending, begin again with courage, and create a chapter that feels wholly yours.

I bring deep empathy, honest reflection, and practical tools to every session – so you can move forward with clarity and courage.
Our coaching sessions are a supportive space for when you want more, even if you’re not sure what “more” means yet.

Whatever your ending looks like, I’ll walk beside you as you close it with intention and step into your next beginning with courage, clarity, and heart.

This is a short call to explore fit, not a pitch.

Letters for the Brave is where I write about endings, courage, and the quiet moments of change — without advice, pressure, or fixing.

Endings. Messy middles. Bold beginnings. Close what’s ending, steady the in-between, and begin again with courage, clarity, and heart.

Most coaching happens in an intentional three-month focus, sometimes shorter if that’s the right fit or sometimes longer when the work deepens. We’ll explore what makes sense for you in your conversation.
